fix: prevent iOS crash when stopping camera before initialization

Fix iOS crash when stopping camera before initialization is complete. This addresses issue #172.

Problem

When calling CameraPreview.stop() before the camera has been fully initialized, the app crashes with a fatal error on iOS 18.3:

Thread 1: Fatal error: Unexpectedly found nil while implicitly unwrapping an Optional value

Reproduction Steps

CameraPreview.start({ enableHighResolution: true, disableAudio: true, cameraMode: true })
CameraPreview.stop()

Solution

Added proper state management to prevent the race condition between start and stop operations:

• Track camera initialization state explicitly
• Prevent stop operations during initialization
• Safely handle the previewView optional
• Provide clear error messages for invalid state transitions

Notes

• This issue only affects iOS 18.3 with @capgo/camera-preview 6.5.24
• Android behavior is unchanged as this only affects iOS implementation
• The fix prevents the crash by properly managing initialization state and handling optionals safely

Testing

1. Verify error messages when:
   • Calling stop before start
   • Calling stop during initialization
   • Calling start while already initialized
2. Verify normal camera operation still works
3. Verify Android behavior is unchanged
