What was done

• Changed map to require only preferences and added bypass for palvelukartta

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-11472
• Update the Helfi Platform config
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-11472
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Create two maps, one from kartta.hel.fi and the other from palvelukartta.hel.fi
• Open the page so that you haven't accepted any cookies, palvelukartta should be visible right away
• Accept cookies so that you don't accept statistics, kartta.hel.fi should now be visible
• Check that code follows our standards
