Support Open- and FreeBSD
The main points in this release are the support for OpenBSD and FreeBSD. There are also some updates related to building for the various platforms and for CI.

v1.4.0
Version 1.4.0 comes with more linting! Well, the code was linted. There was some lint. I made the lint.
ALSO...font-install
will now prefer OpenType fonts over TrueType fonts, when both are included in a ZIP file. (You can still install both versions if you want by downloading the ZIP file yourself and installing each of the contained fonts manually.) Finally, if you're on a non-Windows platform, font-install
will no longer install fonts that have "Windows Compatible" in their name, like many (most? all?) Nerd Font packages have.
