set default likes and downloads to 0
Added sakujes variable to control if Sakujes shows up on leaderboards on April 1st

What about moving $sakujes config to config/misc.php? |
If you've played GD, you would know that both 300 downloads and 100 likes are tied to achievements that unlock icons |

You can toggle the Sakujes April Fools joke by changing the sakujes variable in incl/scores/getGJScores.php to 0 (if im not a big dum dum and did something wrong.) Download/like defaults are more of a nitpick of mine, but they pretty much serve no purpose whatsoever, so why have them set to these seemingly random numbers instead of just 0?
