  • Now compatible with input files with SpeciesIDs that are commented out
    • SpeciesIDs.txt can have comments
    • Attribute file can have comments
    • SequenceIDs of unknown SpeciesIDs are ignored
    • Domains of proteins of unknown SpeciesIDs are ignored
