About the PR
This PR adds a much more refined and larger extended confinement to Byoin. More job slots to complete the roster, alongside some fixes here and there.
Why / Balance
This PR is to add the remaining missing roles, primarily in security. but also to do some fixes.
Technical details
Perma has been reworked and is now larger and comes with two prisoner slots and one prison guard slot.
Some minor changes to the security area to address the changes to the brig and that got moved and the addition of one corpsman slot.
Circuit imprinter have been added to Engineering.
Autoclave have been added to surgery, as well as expanding it a tiny bit.
Salvage gets an one more salvage slot.
Some other minor changes and fixes
Softcap up a bit more with these new job slots from 20 to 25.
Also a shoutout and thanks to "Curator Unit 1785" with some help with creative writing.
