New in 10.0:
* replaced subscript uppercase with new character set
* "look-alikes" for missing superscripts
* added \script_ and \mathscr_ shortcuts for script font (ex. \mathscrN → 𝒩)
* added \code_ and \mono_ shortcuts for monospace font (ex. \codeX → 𝚇)
