This release fixes an issue with how LocalServers are detected and once again allows 1.19.2 servers to start.
For the 1.16.5 version this is also relevant although probably not nearly as much as for the 1.18.2 version.

As always 1.16.5 for 1.16.x - 1.17.x
And 1.18.2 for 1.18.x - 1.19.x
