Code deposition for the paper: A comprehensive multi-omics signature of doxorubicin-induced cellular senescence in the postmenopausal human ovary

  1. cellranger_count.sh: Commands used for preprocessing single-cell transcriptomics fastq files.
  2. ov_snSeq_01092023.R: Performs single-nuclei RNA-seq analysis for the preliminary experiment and cell type annotation.
  3. ov_snSeq_combined.R: Builds upon ov_snSeq_01092023.R and analyzes single-nuclei RNA-seq data.
  4. Compare Day 6 and 10.R: Compares senescence score changes between Day 6 and Day 10.
  5. Senescence_genesets.csv: Cellular senescence gene set used in the analysis.
