Direct restore of files with very minor modification to not override existing 2 mechanisms (elevator, claw)

TODO: Enforce max speed in swerve, maybe using this constant
MAX_DRIVE_SPEED_FPS

yes, you can change max drive speed using that constant in the swerve config header
