Minor fixes wave 2

Description

Fixes:

• Fixed the insane mass of xeno larvae (10 terragrams, or 10 megatons - more than a hundred times larger than that of a xeno queen) and removed some redundant fields
• Fixed the sawn-off PKA being wieldable
• Fixed tail wagging requiring the player to be able to interact (i.e. not cuffed, etc)
• Fixed cryptobiolin giving you 50 hours of psionic insulation per 20 units
• Fixed pseudo-items being unable to interact with anything on their person, and getting ejected whenever someone examined/right-clicked them with an empty hand.
• Fixed vending machine not working (it was never implemented, buh).

Tweaks:

• Reduced the spread of the un-wielded PKA down to 30..10 degrees, with a 3 degree per second decay (waiting ~7 seconds between shots will actually yield a pretty good accuracy of 10 degrees), even more so if your mass is large
• Increased the length of the hug and kiss mood effects 2- and 5- fold respectively; Increased the effect of hugs to +4 and decreased that of licks to +3.

• fix: Did another wave of bugfixes. Vending machines can be repaired, pseudo-items (small people in bags) are less broken, wagging can be toggled while cuffed/sleeping, cryptobiollin no longer leaves you stuttering for 50 hours, and xeno larvae no longer weigh 50 terragrams.
• tweak: PKAs now have lower spread when not wielded, and their accuracy increases the more you wait between shots, but sawn-off PKAs in turn cannot be wielded.
• tweak: The mood buffs from hugging and kissing now last longer.
