I keep getting questions about building this separate GMT supplement and it is hard to keep up since I no longer do this particular research. However, it was simple to add it as another supplement (gsfml). I cleaned it up to follow GMT's style in modules and added rst documentation and a doc script (doc/images/GMT_gsfml_components.ps) used by the documentation of one of the 5 bash scripts that complements the 3 C modules. Updated the modules*rst files so the documentation shows up. Added the reference citation:
