1. Optimised sequence test programme for the accuracy test / dial test

2. Added a time base option to the dial test and optimised the test.

5. The reset timing of ICT equipment is set to 5 seconds after the current is reset to zero.

4. added new feature finetune of manual input in order to manually calibrate the power source when the standard meter is not available. The program is completed according to the following steps
   4.1 Output according to parameters such as rated voltage and current, as shown as pic as below
   

   4.2 Switch to the fine-tune output page and complete the manual calibration on the right side of the screen.
   

   4.3 button to perform a fine-tuning operation, the correction value will be displayed in the left input box, the next operator to observe the standard meter readings, entered into the right input box, and then perform another fine-tuning, and so on to know that the accuracy meets the requirements.
   Note that the fine-tuning values are stored in the file and will be read back next time and displayed in the left input box.
   

5. The metertest program of EEM software has added the new finetune feature
