  • drop 3.8 support as this allows us to add uv
  • added lower bound for scipy due to failed tests
  • added upper bound for numpy 2.0.0
  • removed ci for building draft pdf (will always fail)
  • locked python version in docs ci (to avoid unexpected failures)

@HLasse I can't merge and also can't remove the pre-commit ci as required CI workflow

I've removed the review and pre-commit CI requirements so you should be able to do everything now. Thanks for looking after TD ❤️
