Reworks the Starting Items UI to utilize Bitsets and to centralize the Song colors for both this and the Save Editor into ShipUtils.
Clicking on non progressive items will add/remove them from your starting items, indicated by a White border.
Clicking on progressive items will cycle through them, White border for base item, Purple for stage 2, and Orange for stage 3.
