Relates to nodejs/corepack#612 (comment). As noted in the ticket, the latest version of corepack has resolved the issue, but the version of corepack in our docker containers currently is not latest. Hence for now I've force installed latest. Next time we bump the nodeJS version in our dockerfiles we can re-assess.
