[WINDOWS] Intel Arc Environment Test / Pre-Release v0.1a

🎉 First public test build for Windows with support for Intel Arc cards!

Requirements:

• Intel CPUs / GPUs (NVidia / AMD support coming soon!)
• Min 16GB RAM / 10GB VRAM
• Windows 11 24H2

This is a preview release to test deployment and compatibility.

1. Extract lsa-win-v0.1a-no-vm.7z and run install.bat.
2. The setup will create a desktop shortcut for Open WebUI and the AI service launcher.
3. Starting the AI Services will automatically download & configure DeepSeek-R1:8B.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and get yourself started with local AI!
