Outer Wilds: Added "Feldspar Quick Access" logic option #6

What is this fixing or adding?

This adds a logic rule for accessing Feldspar without the needing Silent Running

How was this tested?

Generated an AP, then Launched the game & validated that the new Region Logic was added (screenshot below)

Beta Branch

Per discord DMs discussion, this branch being merged into will allow for testing & tweaking the grouping of logic rules options.

Things to try:

  • Individual options
  • groups of options (trivial, easy, medium, hard)

Renaming path name:
Zannick provided a better name that is more descriptive & still non spoilery. A future PR will implement this, while this PR will get the logic template in place to allow for building off of
