Message changes and reset violations for a certain player command

Added more messages to the config + they use the prefix now (Alerts toggle, Reload and violation reset)
Violation resets now output to the console
Violation reset command can reset certain players (/flappyac violationreset )
Removed console output ("e" and "e2") from working on a fly check (Sorry about that)
