I only removed dockingApollo from the forward heat shield, I kept capsulesApollo. Parachutes are parachutes, eh? Although I suppose all other capsule-specific parachutes require the base capsule ecm... |
all of the other capsule-specific parachutes have their capsule ecm included, so meh

ECM should only be required for parts that are directly linked to the development of another part (like heatshields linked to capsules)
