v2.0.0 Architectural changes

New features and improvements

• adapted to work with solr 7.x.x
• all solr configuration files are moved to the instance projects
• maven builds are now generated in the instance projects

Bugfixes

• remove the last references to the projects working title "knowledgefinderII"

Compatibility

• Non-backwards compatible with v1.0.0 of other Knowledgefinder projects due to architectural changes
