Took the definition from Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#25199 (comment), added the note in Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#25199 (comment).
There is a remark about additional values being exposed in Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#25199 (comment), have not considered these yet. Feel free to correct/adapt accordingly.
