- Removes solana-sdk and solana-program from all crates except for litesvm-token, which needs a new release of spl-token first
- Takes litesvm-token out of the main workspace for now as it needs a new spl-token release
- Copies process_message from Agave into litesvm, because they made that function private
- Updates the call to EnvironmentConfig::new
