Variable Mapping Release

Added ability to map variables used within a QlikView application. When mapping variables, ignore the "Master Object Path" field, only fill in the "Target Project(s) Path" field.

Multiple Projects can be mapped at the same time.

2nd Release

Discovered small formatting issue in the form which is fixed.
Otherwise functionally identical to v1.0 release.

Initial Release to the wild

This release works well for me, if using QlikView Automation, must have QlikView 11 or higher installed.
