This version adds 2 small bug fixes: A missing script in utils/ and a small error in the installations instructions.

Bugfix in the detection of angles involved in a dihedral

This version fixes a bug that could cause problems, hence the release.

When you define a dihedral, say, between beads 1-2-3-4, the angles 1-2-3 and 2-3-4 must also be defined, as the dihedral will be ill-formed if those angles become 180 degrees. Bartender detects when the required angles are absent, and also sets them to the optimal funcion. The bug was in the function that does the detection, and which gave false positives.
