Releases: Maths-against-Malaria/COVID19_Spatial_Model
Updates_February_2022
This release is an update of v1.0.0. It contains minor bug fixes:
1- the local and global scope conflict observed for certain variables was fixed,
2- the incidence-triggered contact reduction did not take into account the difference in population size for multiple locations.
The bug has been fixed.
COVID19_Spatial_Mode
The first release of the implementation of the COVID-19 spatial model described in the paper "Predicting the impact of COVID-19 vaccination campaigns -- a flexible age-dependent spatially-stratified predictive model, accounting for multiple viral variants and vaccines". Here, two scripts exemplify the parameterization of the model in the case of one location (Spatial_Model_Germany.jl), and two locations (General_Spatial_Model.jl). The case of Germany and two of its provinces are respectively used in the two cases.
The parameterization of the model is described in the main text of the paper.
