@sympmarc, Ok, I've merged in your PR with the YAML stuff (which I have to keep telling myself is not Yammer related ;) but I need to fix a bunch of absolute links and make them relative. I'll do that and let you know when I'm done. |
As an admin, I see your changes as you make them. :) |

@sympmarc I fixed the validation issues! |
@michaelblumenthal - Great! Do you still need help with the things you originally posted? |
@sympmarc I need an editorial review for three articles. My original comments as follows are still relevant and I want your input: We should more clearly provide a way for people to contribute feedback to these articles. Perhaps add info on how to join the practitioners call or that the author can be reached on LinkedIn. What do you think? |
@michaelblumenthal On the broken images, it looks like the relative paths aren't right. You should see the images inline as you are editing. As an example, in the Practical Scenarios – Microsoft 365 Service Change Management article, you have this link: As for feedback, there's a feedback link at the top of every article and another at the bottom. We have the author(s) listed at the bottom of each article as well, with a LinkedIn link. There's also an included green section in every article which talks about the Practitioner calls. Given all that, do you think something could be improved? I can read through your articles, but you're the subject matter expert. If you believe they have value as written, I do, too. We try to keep a light hand on the content, trusting our authors for what they know. If you have specific things you'd like me to look at, let me know. At this point, I'd rather just get this all out there so people can benefit from your thinking. |
Updates to Service Health Management and Service Change Management Maturity Model articles.
Category
Contents of the Pull Request
I separated out the article on a maturity model for service change management from the topic of a maturity model for service health management and created a new article for service health management.
I made other updates to the service change management maturity model article.
There are some broken picture links in the service change management document. Please fix those.
We should more clearly provide a way for people to contribute feedback to these articles. Perhaps add info on how to join the practitioners call or that the author can be reached on LinkedIn.
