secrapp is an interactive interface to parts of the R package secr for spatially explicit capture-recapture (SECR).
The Shiny application runs simple SECR analyses on a University of Otago machine (see below) through your web browser. No setup is required. Code is provided for core operations; this may be copied to the command line in R. You can also run secrapp on your own machine directly from GitHub.
