Sprint 8 Goals

  • Frontend: (still) Code review and functionality testing
    • This builds up to making the page coherent as the modules are tested separately
  • Deploy script: finish deploy script, plan is that Pontus will do this (issue #32)
  • Backend: code review of the tests of filtering
  • Backend: calculate the KM (Kaplan-Meier) graphs and serve them
    • incl. calculation of medianized groups, p-value using log rank test and Cox p-value
  • Frontend: draw the KM graphs
    • adjust the threshold by changing the size of the groups
    • Try with 2-4 groups say

Sprint 4 Goals

  • Layout cell buttons:
    • Position and layout
    • Color of bars plots should match colors of drawing Idea: pick the colour from the cell images
  • Layout human body picture:
    • Layout using pictures sent from Patrick with actual tumor positions
    • Idea: use organs as icons, make body image smaller. Artur sends a sketch.
  • From last sprint:
    • Change data to the new simulated database
    • Use abbreviated tumor names and with hover tooltip info

Sprint 3 Goals

  • Refactor plotting code (enables more rapid prototyping and good work env)
  • Change data to the new simulated database
  • Use abbreviated tumor names and with hover tooltip info
  • Investigating new design documents:
    • Prepare for two column of tumor types with human body picture in the middle (Patrick draws)
    • Use the immune cell drawings Patrick provided in pptx
  • Start looking into the “second page” analysis, Artur will send description, code examples and suggestions for python packages
  • Domain name: Jonas will reply what Jonatan Löf writes, otherwise contact your IT dept or just buy one

Sprint 2 Goals

  • getting the interactivity into place: user selects cell type and tumor type etc
  • making sure the plots look as desired
