Adding all desired rules, but commenting out the minimum need to accept as it is.
I'm not sure if those are even used. Let's have Ruff to ignore those to keep it simple for now.

A compromise between desired rules and tolerance with current syntax to minimize editing at this point. Eventually I would like to conform with all listed rules.
