Changes in build 35

1. Fully translated arrays of strings into Ukrainian.
2. Simplified processing of messages in the UI thread due to the possible emergence of new API methods.
3. In the "About instance" dialog, immediately after checking the connection, all the necessary information is displayed.
4. The link to the rules of ongoing events is no longer on /about, but on /terms.
