meta-freenivi, the Freenivi distribution

meta-freenivi is a layer containing the definition of the Freenivi distribution.
The goal of the layer is to define a GENIVI compliant distribution for the
project Freenivi, with In-Vehicule Infotainement (IVI) support.

Build a Freenivi image
----------------------

You can build a QEMU Freenivi image (qemuarm, qemux86 or qemux86_64) using the
following steps:

1. Run the following command:
    $ source <path to meta-oe>/oe-init-build-env

2. Build freenivi-image
    $ bitbake freenivi-image

You can find the produced images in the directory tmp/deploy/images/$MACHINE/
