Our bundle uses Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NoBOM. The former version 0.002 didn’t declare a dependency causing our build to fail. (See PerlServices#3) Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NoBOM in version 0.003 now declares that dependency.
