- Update existing dependencies to stable latest version.
- Add new Avalonia dependencies to replace deprecated features (https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/wiki/Breaking-Changes#devtools, Themes 101 AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#10053)
- Modify code for Avalonia breaking changes (https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/wiki/Breaking-Changes#logging, https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/wiki/Breaking-Changes#interfaces-removed, etc)
