Docker image for [Lighthouse CI CLI](https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse-ci)

## Advantages comparing to similar images

* Using alpine node image as a base and trying to keep it as small as possible. Currently - 160MB
* Using tags to pin a specific lhci version
* Travis CI build with healthcheck
* Not using `root` user

## Usage

We are using this image in our Bitbucket Pipeline as a step to run LH tests and upload results.

We are using semver with `lhci` version as a suffix. An example: `1.0.0-0.3.7` where
`1.0.0` is a version of the image and `0.3.7` is a version of `lhci`.
