Hi, I found that using the arcasHLA reference --version command does not work with IMGT/HLA versions > 3.46.0. I have updated the dat/info/parameters.json file with versions 3.47.0 - 3.56.0 (and changed it into a more readable format). I have tested the arcasHLA genotype command with version 3.55.0, which works.
From IMGT/HLA 3.56.0 onward, large files are provided as zip files, which breaks your code (see issue #133), so using the reference command was necessary to get a working IMGT/HLA version.
