Remove subsections of getting-started

implementations was removed, no longer needed.
estimating costs was moved to resources/

REMOVE Implementations altogether (dev.repronim.org/resources/getting-started/implementation/)
MOVE Estimating Cost page, as below, to sit directly under Resources section, at the same ‘directory tree’ level as Getting Started, Training, Tutorials, and Tools.

Therefore, Change to:    (As seen on Left Margin Menu)
