Carnivores v1.04 patch

This is a hotfix patch that should restore the HUNT_SOFT.exe and HUNT_D3D.exe renderers for Carnivores and allow them to run on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11 operating systems.

• Changed the drawing surface to 2048x2048, this means Software mode supports resolutions within this range such as 1920x1080 or 1680x1050.
• Added windowed mode support.
• Changed exclusive full screen to borderless windowed mode.
• Changed topmost and priority values for windows, threads and processes to reduce the chances of Carnivores hanging and taking over the users machine.

To install, simply extract the contents into your Carnivores install directory containing the `"HUNTDAT" folder, replace the existing ones (or move them to roll back versions yourself) and execute to play the game as normal.
