Fixes for a lot of typos
description improvements for
filament, metal pipe, Camera and added Warning
Basically fix for unique items works only on unique items in their original locations
if your save moved items, moved items will not benefit from fix

This warning is Valid for all versions 4.0+ of the project (basically since release started having .bat file)

Arcanum Item Description Project

This is difficult version of the mod
to install it you need to throw content on top of Arcanum.exe
replace everything when asked
and run bat file inside to finish installation
4.0 don't damage your saves or anything like this, but its hard to remove
Biggest gain from 4.0 is introduction of new file
tons of fixes to existing Items that ware misleadingly described in vanilla game
Descriptions for Variant versions of the protos used in the Arcanum Story Campaign
Bat file remove cache in your Arcanum data and allow items to read new descriptions
Proto files tell the game to read the description from newsly added file
4.0 come as close to the Public Source of the Project as a whole as possible (at least for now)
