  • Had to patch Ghostland getting immigration (it was getting 75%-90% of global immigration)
  • Countries start with a bit more money (10k-35k)
  • There is now Great power infamy decay (-0.02)

The other two changes other than the patch are just so this patch is not super small but helps with minor issues some people might have.
