  • Merged a bunch of useless cultures to optimize the mod similar to the cultures removed in Victorian Legacy
  • Added Province Selector
  • Added Medium and Small States CBs
  • Added National Ideas
  • Added Martial Law decision to decrease militancy
  • Changed release vassals decision to the victorian legacy one
  • Added Supply Depot
  • Added RGO Expansion and changed agriculture rgo
  • Every playable nation now has proper stacks
  • Added cattle to china to fix market issues
  • Changed various European capitals to 38/40 liferating
  • Decreased Has Culture Core modifier for assimilation to -5% (was -20%)

Nation Changes

  • Added Poland Mob buff (2.5%) and they also start with 3 provinces extra in Russia
  • PLC gets Jewish accepted with state and gov
  • PLC gets Ukrainian accepted with nat and imp + 2-3 states from Russia
  • Gave PLC an iron rgo
  • Prussia starts now with 3 provinces from the German minors to balance with a stronger Poland
  • France If Germany exists France gets the decision to accept rheinish
  • Gave France 100 influence on PLC cause they start "sphered" when the game doesn't actually have them sphered
  • Moved an iron rgo from Saxony to Prussia
  • Austria starts with 20% literacy instead of 16%
  • Austria starts with the papal states sphered.
  • Buffed British Empire's capital state from 120k-200k and added an iron RGO
  • Gave Russia a small sulfur tile
  • Fixed China getting a lot of research points when annexing rebel nations
  • Mexico Central American accepted when it gets conquered
  • Spain can now get Gran Colombia Colombia and the culture accepted.
  • Dutch can now get Javan accepted after getting Ideological Thought
  • Ottomans now start with Malthusian Thought
  • Russia gets a small pop increase and a 15% education efficiency.
