HSD8-000: Remove paragraph_style field storage config

Summary

• The paragraph_style field was removed in SHS-5758 (SHS-5785: New Well Color for Collections: Cleanup #1622) but the field.storage config did not get removed.
• The update hook included in the PR deletes the field config which deletes both the field config and the field storage but the storage is being re-created after deletion because the storage config file still exists.
• This removes the field storage config.
