[IBCDPE-1095] SigNoz UI Ingress with Jumpcloud SSO

Problem:

1. Currently the only way to access the SigNoz user interface is to have access to the kubernetes cluster and perform a port-forward session.

Solution:

1. Following the process described in both https://jumpcloud.com/support/sso-with-oidc and https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/docs/tasks/security/oidc/ to set up an SSO connection with Jumpcloud.

Testing:

1. I set up a small proof of concept with google cloud to verify that the redirects were working when I put it in front of an echo server.
2. TODO: Will need to test with Jumpcloud to verify functionality
