+Historically, I was thinking of another means/mechanism for manufacturing and domed shaped facilities for their structural strengths. Inspired by Bucky (Buckminster) Fuller. This is a longer term implementation, whereby changes are needed in the energy landscape. I do see these changes happening. But the question is one of time. As even one minute in the frigid cold or searing heat can cause some serious problems on the human body and mind.
