Remove legacy nginx egg, add namelesmc install option, and support for php8.0 - 8.4, please note that php 8.0 is EOL and the image wont get updates pushed to it!

• Trying if it is possible to build a legacy PHP Docker image without having to change the egg for it (maybe)

• Implement a new web application install (suggestions are welcome for which one)
