Description

Deletes the Vulp whine. Everyone hates it, it's awful, it's genuinely horrid. It doesn't sound at all like a dog whine.

TODO

  • Delete the vulp whine

Changelog

🆑 ShirouAjisai

  • remove: Removed the horrendous vulpkanin whine

Everyone hates it, it's awful, it's genuinely horrid. It's so horrendously floof-coded and doesn't sound at all like a dog whine.

You probably have to delete the emote and the sound profile for it too.

Do you not own a dog? Like... what? This is a completely fine noise. You're wanting to remove content because it's "floof-coded" like what?

Even if it isn't the best file, at least replace the damn thing.

I do own a dog but this noise is so weird

if we deleted/removed things for sounding weird, half of the discord would be gone. This is a needless change that takes harmless emotes away from players for literally no reason other than your own subjective opinion. It's better to not remove stuff that helps with immersion without a genuine valid reason.

I have opinions from numerous people that dislike it

I have numerous reports of people disliking the fact that people can get drunk and poisoned and end up in medbay all shift draining the resources, yet is the ability for that to happen removed? no. Again, don't remove stuff that helps add immersion for players.

A dog whine that's nearly universally hated is not adding to anyone's "immersion" in any way. We have plenty of emotes without sound effects.
