Main changes:

get_spectral_fit_binning_dict() implemented to handle all binning parameters in a dict
compute_spectral_fit(binning=int) now operational, with both solvers (consistent results)
interpolate_spectral_model() also handles binning properly

Fixes, in devel, issue #12

TODO: update plot_fit() accordingly
