Councils

Each folder represents a Council. The folder is named after its Council's abbreviation.

Bills

Each .md file represents a bill. Each file is named after its bill's identification number. The file contains relevant information about the bill in the form of front-matter, while the main content of the bill is written in MarkDown.

The template file is template.md.
