Diving Script for QB Inspired By LegacyRP

I am by no means saying this is the best way to do this, this is my first script and am open to improvments. Adjust/Edit whereever you see fit.

RX-diving

• Gives materials and a chance for a 'rare' item
• Idles at 0.00ms
• Havent seen it go above 0.09ms
• Blip is on the right side of the map named "Recked Ship"
