SCRUM meetings occurred during lab on tuesdays from 5:30-7:10pm.

Meeting 1: September 5th, 2024

Location: Undergraduate Library Time: After lecture from 11:30am- 12:00pm

All team members participated equally in planning the app. Discussions included features like mental and physical health tracking, medication reminders, and analytics. The team collaborated on setting the project timeline, selecting the tech stack (React Native, Python, MongoDB), and assessing each member's skills for front-end, back-end, and machine learning responsibilities.

Plan:

As a team, refine the features and begin planning Sprint 1 tasks, including setting up the project environment and identifying dependencies.

Issues:

General challenges with scheduling and aligning skill sets for specific technical tasks, ensuring everyone is comfortable with their roles.

Meeting 2: September 10th, 2024

Location: Lecture room (Prentis) Time: After lecture, 11:15 AM - 11:35 AM

Reviewed the presentation slides for the upcoming project presentation. Assigned speaking roles for each team member, ensuring everyone knows what they are presenting. Confirmed and clarified individual responsibilities within the project, aligning tasks with the skills of each team member. Discussed and aligned on the project vision to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Plan:

Finalize the presentation content and practice delivering it. Ensure that each team member has the resources they need to fulfill their project responsibilities. Continue to refine individual project tasks and begin initial project setup for Sprint 1.

Issues:

There were some concerns about whether each team member has the right skill set for their assigned responsibilities, particularly with front-end and back-end tasks. Ensuring that everyone is comfortable with their roles and has sufficient knowledge to complete their tasks efficiently.

Meeting 3: September 18th, 2024

Location: Microsoft Teams Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm

Reviewed and discussed all the project requirements (both functional and non-functional). Finalized the list of requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility. Confirmed alignment on the scope and vision of the project.

Plan:

Document the finalized requirements in the project’s GitHub repository. Complete SRS form Begin planning for Sprint 1 based on the finalized requirements. Ensure proper categorization and prioritization of each requirement.

Issues:

Clarification was needed on some requirements to avoid ambiguity during implementation. Some confusion on what features are necessary
